While I was working on my debut novel, I wanted to start a podcast because I noticed there were a lot of romance reader podcasts, and a lot of nerd pop culture podcasts, but there weren’t a lot that talked about both (I couldn’t find any at the time.) So, I started Nerdy Romantics Podcast.

Within a year and only 12 episodes, the podcast caught on. I realized this could be a thing, so I've grown to have guest hosts and frequently I’ll do more than two episodes a month. It also spawned me to write the short story “Star Date” and give it away free. Who knew people wanted to read nerdy romance?
