Grundo's Cafe is a fan recreation of Neopets as it existed in the early 2000's. Initially it was intended as a simple website to host HTML5 recreations of Flash games such as Jelly Blobs of Doom and Dubloon Disaster - games that could no longer be played after the death of Flash in 2020. Since creation in August 2022, the project has matured into a lovely community of artists, developers, writers, and virtual pet lovers working together to preserve the spirit of the early internet.

GC will always be free-to-play. But server hosting unfortunately is not free. All donations here go back into maintaining and scaling the site.

To limit traffic (and to keep our server bills from destroying us), we sometimes close our applications. During this period, we require a referral code to join. If you are interested in playing but do not have a referral code, the easiest way to get one is to join our Discord server! There, join the #referral-codes channel.
