NekoForge is an independent hobby project focused on training LoRA models for characters that are not currently available, are outdated, or are often overlooked.

The goal is simple: expand the available ecosystem by creating high-quality LoRAs for characters that may never receive official or popular support.

This is not a commercial studio or a commission-based service.
All models are released publicly and continuously improved as I learn new techniques or upgrade hardware.
