The Neurodivergent Equity Coalition is a project started by Robert Gutierrez that aims to provide a centralized database of certified Professionals, sensory-rated Spaces, and local neurodivergent Organizations, first at the county and state level, and later the whole country, so that neurodivergent folks and their families looking for services and resources can make more informed and safe choices.

Our primary mission involves tackling the following projects:

* Developing a certification process, in collaboration with local ND organizations, to more transparently ensure a professional or healthcare provider is neurodivergent-affirming and -friendly, accommodating for sensory and ability needs, kind and empathetic, etc. This always happens at the local level, with the local organization driving the criteria

* Generating "sensory profiles" for spaces in the physical world, showing average sensory load across six dimensions as well as a high/low day and time, allowing users to make a more informed decision on when to visit

* Exposing organizations and experts within the ND and disability space, as well as their resources, in our directory and beyond, utilizing an ambitious new protocol called the Shared Resource Interoperability Protocol (SRIP)
