Yay Me!

I am very proud of how my mental health has been recently. I have finally gotten rid of that exhaustion that kept pressing me downnnn... Well, you've read my blog for the past months. I tried. I tried so hard. I went to doctors, I tried to eat well and sleep well and go on walks, and take medicine, and vitamins, and - oh God, what haven't I tried... What helped was... well, probably a combination of those things plus a secret key element - therapy.

By God, has therapy been good. It gave me clarity; it gives me such a boost; it helps me figure out things (and people) that recharge me and that drain me, it helps me stay in control of my emotional responses and such.

Obviously, some travelling in summer also helped: Kyiv, Carpathians, Lviv... Connecting with nature and all the people who are so caring, so inspiring, so supportive, totally changed my perspective on myself and what I want.

I returned to dancing. Haven't danced since pre-covid. Now I'm teaching and dancing again, and it's been so rewarding.

I still get tired easily, but at least I can do things, i feel like I have more time to do things.

I just hope it lasts.
