I am an independent activist, partnered with various organizations.
Over the past few years, I have initiated and co-organized several important projects related to the protection of the rights of women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and other vulnerable groups in the public sphere, including:
• Support UA Women (supporting women affected by sexual violence during the war) in 2022, during which with partners we raised funds, bought medicines and sent them to Ukrainian hospitals and organizations to help women who suffered from rape during the war. Also I conducted over 20 interviews in 4 languages (Russian, Belarusian, Polish, English) on the topic of sexual violence.
• Participation in numerous interviews, podcasts, and shows on women’s rights over the past two years (and prior). One of the most viewed: YouTube link
• Online solidarity marathon with Belarusian political prisoners “We Care!” raising €574,000 to support political prisoners in Belarus. Co-organizer, PR Manager of the project: Wikipedia link
• Launched #ХопіцьГвалціць as a response to public opinion regarding sexual violence and the murder of a Belarusian woman in central Warsaw. The hashtag gained significant traction across social media.
• Memory March for Liza Gertsen, who was raped and murdered in central Warsaw “Her name was Liza,” gathering 3,000 participants (initiative, co-organization): Google link
• Created and promoted a report on harassment in the Belarusian civil society in exile with the Legal Initiative: Link to report
• Contributed to writing an alternative report to CEDAW as part of a coalition of women’s organizations working against domestic violence and presented on behalf of Belarus (NGO), presented a report at a hearing at the UN Link to article
• I have consistently helped with individual requests from Belarusian people in difficult situations. In 2024, after launching #ХопіцьГвалціць, over 130 women experiencing domestic violence and around 70 individuals with various requests for support reached out to me.
As of 2025, more than 40 individuals have already contacted me with various requests for support.
