I’m Ellie and I run an Instagram called @myphdexperience. During my PhD I’ve been diagnosed with multiple chronic and mental illnesses and I’m sharing my journey through treatment while getting my doctorate. I also present for BBC Bitesize and have been a Youth NATO representative for the UK. I share funny videos, information, lab tips/protocols and general life advice. I always make sure my DM’s are a safe space to rant and ask any advice needed. My hope is that we can rebuild social media to become an uplifting place again and I want to create a community where people can interact with eachother because of shared hobbies/experiences and not because of looks/materialistic lifestyle ❤️ I’m in the top 10 PhD science influencers (influence.co) and I have been the first influencer to be under proper management.
