If you’ve ever wanted to experience the soothing power of singing bowls combined with theta waves, this music does exactly that.
This entire composition was created using Tibetan singing bowls.
Once I finished the track, I took the composition one step further by layering it with 5 Hz theta waves.
If you’re not familiar with them, theta waves are an auditory frequency experience often associated with deep relaxation, meditation, and a more mindful state.
As you listen to this music, try to focus not only on the strikes of the bowls, but also on how the sound continues to vibrate through time and space. I believe that lingering vibration is where you can really feel the energy of the bowls.
