On Saturday morning I heard that one of my students had passed away due to a long battle with cancer. You’ll understand that this news distracted me. She had been with me for 5 years.
As a result of this news I didn’t announce this evenings concert and nor have I been near TikTok in any strategic kind of way.
I will however, be singing tonight at 6pm New Zealand time and I will do a video on TikTok shortly supporting this announcement.
On a side note I wanted to say that I’m not a perfect human and have many faults and so please forgive my inability to be the imagined “superhuman” that some think that I might be. I have a long list of faults and remember that this is show business and as such what you see is my efforts to be the best version of myself.
