I reserve the right to turn down commission, no reason given
The client may not edit, trace, or altered the artworks in any way, or claim it is done by them
I do not consent for my artworks to be minted and/or made into NFTs
I do not consent for my artworks to be fed into AI art generators
I do not consent for my artworks to be used commercially, i.e. printed onto merchandise for sale, etc. All commissioned artworks are for personal and non-commercial uses only
Artworks commissioned for commercial uses may be subjected to altered fees, to be decided on a case-by-case basis
I reserve the rights to use the artworks for promotional and distribution purposes. The client will receive an unmodified version of the artwork (the original) without modifications made to protect the work online. The client is asked NOT to share the original work publicly, either to social media or to a large platform, as this will violate the protection of the work.
Unless otherwise specified, the dimension of the artworks will be decided at my discretion. I'm willing to accommodate specific dimensions IF this is explicitly stated before sketch approval. If made later during the process, this request may generate extra fees
The commissioner may request minor changes to the artwork during its Sketch (which includes Color Swatch) phase; afterwards, requests may generate extra fees. Major changes to the piece will be charged full price according to the change
I do not accept refunds after the Sketch is approved; the commissioner is responsible for deciding if they would like to continue with the commission at the Sketch Approval step
Regarding self-insert OCs, real people, or references which include individuals (and not public figures): Due to identity concerns, please provide either proof that the person consents to having their likeness captured, or having their selfies / pictures used. Otherwise, for this type of work I will only accept written description (which will generate a fee), drawn references, or pictures of public figures with similar likeness. This will be requested if not already provided by commissioner.
Payment
Full payment is to be made in USD through BuyMeACoffee upon Sketch Approval.
Refund policy
On a general basis, I do not accept refunds; it is the commissioner's responsibility to decide whether to go ahead with the order once I supply the sketch. If the commissioner wishes to cancel the order after I've notified that I'm starting work, but have not provided a sketch, the commissioner may be subjected to a fee amounts to 50% of the total Quote, depends on the complexity of the order and how much research / progress has been made.
How to order

Details about the kind of art you want (line, flat, render of each tier)
Visual references of your characters, number of characters. Written description only is acceptable, but will generate a fee as stated in my sheet
Poses, mood, expressions, palettes, clothes, etc. the more detailed the better!
Any time constraint or specific dimension you want the artworks to be
Whether you prefer to post the artwork when it's finished
Process
Order >> Confirmation >> Quote >> Sketch and color swatches >> Sketch Approval >> Invoice and payment >> Finished artwork
After receiving your message I will work with you to finetune your vision and arrive to an estimated Quote. The quote may be subjected to changes during the Sketch phase as extra fees are generated or elements of the artwork are edited out. I will be sending you screenshots of the sketch at a smaller size.
Once the sketch is approved, I will send you an invoice through the email you supplied. Work on the art only starts once the full amount of the artwork has been received. The artwork will usually arrive to you via email as well.
