Hi there, and welcome!
I’m Colleen—I've been living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for close to 30 years now, and through those years have become a volunteer MS advocate, fundraiser, speaker, volunteer support group leader as well as creator and host of "MSMS: The Many Stories of Multiple Sclerosis" a podcast aimed at raising awareness through the voices of people living with MS.

Launching the podcast in January 2024, I aimed to create a space where real stories could be shared, where experiences could connect people, and where the MS community would be heard.
I do enjoy making each episode, I've spoken with and met in person some truly inspiring people and from the very beginning have happily invested my time planning, recording, editing and publishing each episode - but the time has come, to admit that after the first year of the podcast, while I was fortunate to receive funding toward professional recording costs - those $ helped a lot but of course two years later have been well used - all along there've been ongoing expenses I've covered personally, such as monthly platform and mastering fees.
It costs me money. There, I've said it. I don't begrudge any of it, at all - but it'd be really nice if it didn't all have to come from my pocket. That's all. So anyway ...
If you’ve been listening to the podcast I'm asking if you might demonstrate your support by buying me a coffee (a $5 donation) - that way we can ensure that listeners will continue to hear the raw, honest, and inspiring stories told by the people who've lived them.
This isn’t 'just' a podcast so if you believe in the power of storytelling, information sharing, community, and advocacy, buying me a coffee means you are with me on this mission, to raise awareness and create connections to remind every person with MS that they are not alone.
Thank you for being here, for listening, and for helping to keep the MSMS podcast alive.
My heartfelt gratitude,
Colleen
