Yes family tree, Im just gonna be real (you won't find me using ai to write you a sincere note here!) Honestly, I'm constantly sharing so much ideas and concepts around physical and mental health and wellbeing during my in-person classes and I just want to share a little piece of that to the masses who I haven't had the pleasure of crossing paths with in human form. All the space hunting, filming, forgetting to press record, bugging videos, editor crashing (up to 4 hours into editing), and overall love for all of it is being done by myself and if you want to extend an offer of support or gratitude here's a space where you can buy me some unicorn blood aka coffee to help me with those late night edit holes. Love love love... Cam
