the goal ~ healing, community, & connection (with self & with others) through multiple modalities movement & expression. i teach & perform flow, fire, & aerial arts; there’s not much i love more than sharing the joy found through these arts with others. it’s admittedly very challenging balancing a full-time job as a nurse and pursing the things i love & i am so passionate about. it can be disheartening working 3 jobs and still feeling like you’re sinking. i hope to sustain myself so i can sustain my passions, and be able to continue to share them with others.
