Hey, I’m Marko.
At 22, I decided to quit my job, move into a $1,000 van, and start traveling America.
I didn’t leave with a huge savings account, an expensive camper, or everything figured out. I wanted to see how much of the country I could experience while living on a shoestring budget and document what happens when you trade comfort and predictability for freedom and adventure.
The van is where I sleep, eat, travel, and spend most of my time. Every day is different. Some days I’m waking up inside of a national park. Other days I’m dealing with a broken part, finding somewhere to shower, figuring out where I can sleep that night, or trying to stretch my budget far enough to reach the next destination.
