Recipe Elderflower Curd Tart (Sambocade)

Sambocade is the name given to the earliest English cheesecake, dating to around 1390. It's actually a tart with a filling of sweetened, fresh cheese curds, and flavoured with elderflowers. The modern twists within the recipe take the dish to another level. Delicious!
