Offri un butter a Monica Glass

Hi friends! I'm Monica — aka Chef Moni — chef (and recovering pastry chef), celiac warrior, founder of WLDFLR and Verveine Café & Bakery, and your biggest cheerleader for a joyful, delicious gluten-free life.

I put my whole heart into developing recipes, flour blends, and free resources so that eating gluten-free feels like a celebration.

Answering your questions, creating content, and testing recipes (so. many. recipes.) takes a lot of time, love, and, honestly, a lot of butter.

If something I've shared has brought a little joy to your kitchen, this is your chance to say thank you. Every contribution goes straight toward new ingredients, new recipes, and keeping the good stuff coming your way.

Thank you for being part of this community. I couldn't do it without you and 🧈
