Regular Stock Analysis and Valuation Form

Do you like the excel form I use in my videos? Do you want to be able to use it with your own assumptions? Then this Stock Analysis and Valuation Form is for you.

With this document you will have 7 Financial graphs and summaries (Revenue, Earnings, Free Cash Flow, Book Value, Dividend, Long Term Debt, and Shares Outstanding), and 4 Valuation Models:
- The Historical Multiple Valuation Model
- The Payback Time Valuation Model
- The Discounted Earnings Valuation Model
- The Owner's Earnings Valuation Model

This form is setup so that you can easily see the last 10 year financial information you put into it and try to calculate what a fair value for a stock and then using your own selected margin of safety it will calculate what your entry price would be.

This is the same document that is used in my videos on YouTube and video podcasts.

This form is meant to be use by value investors to analyze most companies, but there are companies that I would not use this form for (like REITs, Banks, newer companies, and unprofitable companies).

Remember to do your own research to know if this models can be use in your research.

Your investments are solely your responsibility and I do not provide personalized investment advice. It is crucial that you conductyour own research. Please, consult your financialor tax professional prior to making an investment.

The Historical Multiple Valuation Method is a method that I modified after learning the Multiple Valuation Method and the Dividend Yield Theory. I learned the Payback Time and Discounted Earnings Valuation Methods from Phil Town's Books. The Owner's Earning Valuation Method is from Warren Buffet, but also found it in Phil Town's Book.
