For most of human history we’ve approached anything we think is wrong, are offended by with mostly the same response ... we fight it. In fact we’re still doing it, the war on cancer, the war on climate change; war, war, war. And that’s got us exactly where?

I get that it’s kind of sexy, feeding into our personal mythologies of hero, saviour, martyr or warrior but it’s all rather one dimensional don’t you think?

So many of us are aware that there is another, better way to effect change in our world. Spirituality and physics have finally converged and we now have the understanding that ‘reality’ is a very fluid concept.

Great spiritual teachers have been teaching that for centuries and quantum physics experiments have proof that intention and observation affect the outcome of events.

Even more excitingly we have tools and techniques to do just that. All healing modalities, all Law of Attraction, all prayer, is influencing molecules to rearrange themselves into an envisioned new reality.

So the next time you feel yourself reacting to something you don’t want ... stop and ask yourself ... what is it I really want here? What reality would I like to bring into the world?
