This work is something I have been living into since 2014.

It comes from time spent listening — through the body, through movement, through touch, and through the complexity of human relationship. Molecular Earthing is not something I built to sell. It is something I have been living to embody, refine, and share in a way that feels honest and useful.

What drives me is the possibility that we can meet ourselves and one another with more clarity, more care, and less unnecessary harm.

Much of my time goes into developing this field, over living honestly with others, advising sustainable ways of being with business and entrepreneurial developments.

I have been writing a lot and entering back into teaching, offering sessions, writing, and creating spaces where people can slow down enough to feel what is actually true.
