I’m a poet, essayist, and writing teacher. I teach writing workshops for the Madwomen in the Attic and write the Substack newsletter, Be Where You Are, about how to use writing and mindfulness to live more fully where you are. I offer community writing and mindfulness workshops, weekly Ass in Chair Collective meet-ups, the Beginner's Mind Interview series with creatives and practitioners from various perspectives, and essays on writing, mindfulness, motherhood, and Engaged Buddhist and Christian contemplative practices.

Thank you for your support.
