I am fascinated by simulation, i.e. the techniques to quantitatively predict the behavior of physical systems. Then there is Machine Learning which allows us to learn from data opening the world to a totally new kind of data-driven science.

Today, both come closer together than ever. Therefore, I think it is important to create free educational content providing first an introduction to various techniques but also second that portray current developments and implications of the two.
