I have been watching Mindy for a long time - really probably since the beginning. I completely enjoy the content and its very relatable. I have a little phone shelf stuck to my shower wall and I take my phone in the shower and watch youtube content. I always check Mindy's channel first to make sure I'm caught up before going anywhere else. I have no doubt you are going to succeed. Ups and downs? Yea, that's just life and like you I'm pretty good at rolling with it. Attitude is everything and you've got this!

I am two years into this journey and 47 lbs away from my goal. I need a support group and hope this will help. I look forward to meeting everyone.
