Hey and welcome :)

I'm Sabine, the face behind Mind Yoga Soul.

Following my soul calling, I created Mind Yoga Soul. It is my passion purpose project, aiming to serve others and provide a safe space for your yoga practice.

I provide free vinyasa and yin yoga classes on my Youtube Channel and I believe in energy exchange.

So if you enjoy my yoga classes, please consider supporting my channel and buying me a coffee, so I can continue creating free yoga classes.

Thank you so much for your support,

Sabine
