Fika for the Soul is an online gathering that meets via zoom every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, from 7:00-8:00 PM/ Pacific Time

This is inspired by the Swedish tradition of "fika" - - a moment to slow down and connect. Fika for the Soul is a warm, welcoming sacred space where stories become medicine.

It is more than just a coffee or tea break—it's a sacred moment to pause, reflect, and recharge. It is an intimate gathering where you can breathe and reconnect with yourself and others. A gentle, heart-centered space for renewal.

It is a space to slow down and listen to gentle meaningful stories. No deep work and no pressure to share more than you want.

Come in pajamas if you want, camera on or off, a warm drink and the ability to choose your own sacred space designed for reflection and relaxation.

Find the time to simply be. Enjoy your choice of coffee, cocoa, milk, tea or any herbal drink that will warm your soul (No alcoholic drinks please) and let yourself be carried by story for a while.
