We are but nature.
We are the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth.
Yet we fear it.
We suppress our need to grow, blossom, and expand.
We say things like "it's not the right time"...
When big ideas hit.
We hesitate to break the cycle that keeps us stuck in fear of "death" to that part of us.
We fear what nature shows us as truth.
The seasons come, and they fade.
The leaves change colors and then they fall.
In their season of death, they rest, regroup, and stay still.
When the time is right, the sun begins to shine down in the Spring to show them that rebirth is possible
How can you see this in your own life?
What would happen if the trees held on to their leaves that had just a touch of color left?
They would never see the beauty of their own rebirth.
They would never know what it is like to be the vibrant red, the rustic orange, or the golden yellow
They would settle for a life that is made up of mostly dead, brittle, half-broken pieces
If nature stopped its process of birth, death and rebirth - What would it look like? How would you envision an earth full of "settlement"?
You weren't made in God's creation, by Mother Earth's vision to just exist...
You were meant to shed, and rebuild.
