Transitioning from the military shouldn’t suck. Searching for a SkillBridge shouldn’t suck either… but the current process is Sh**! From going to TAP classes being taught by retired Colonels who never held a job outside of the Federal Government to navigating a SkillBridge site that doesn’t even allow you to apply for an opportunity. It might as well be the 2003 if we need to send an email to apply and the “Map” of locations is a static PNG….

That’s why we built Milivate; because transitioning in 2025 shouldn’t feel like you are relying tools built during the era of dial-up internet ☎️

On Milivate, you can easily browse across all DoD-Approved SkillBridge opportunities on a site that actually feels like it was built during the era of pop-stars going to space (ahem… Katy Perry). Our site is synced directly in real-time with all active postings, but provides a slick interface prioritizing location, filters, and duration. Search across an interactive map, set a distance radiuses across your zip code, apply filters for target key industries, and more!
