Any content that helps others with their health and wellness!
After a sudden cardiac arrest nearly ended my life in 2020, I woke up with a new mission: to turn my second chance into a resource for others. I now dedicate myself to researching and sharing the critical information about heart health that everyone needs to know—especially the things that often go unseen or unspoken.
Through my channel, Heart Warrior Nation, I explore the latest science, share my own ongoing journey, and provide the tools and knowledge to help you advocate for your most valuable asset: your health. My goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and resilient, whether you're preventing a first event or navigating life after one.
If my story and research have brought you value, your support here helps me continue creating this vital content. It allows me to dedicate more time to deep research, improving video quality, and ultimately, reaching more people who need to hear this message.
From the bottom of my (recovered) heart, thank you. Your support truly keeps this mission alive.
A Commitment to You: I am dedicated to donating a portion of all support to causes that matter deeply to our community: The Canadian Mental Health Association and Heart & Stroke Foundation research. I will maintain full transparency about this through updates on my channel. Your support doesn't just help create content; it actively contributes to these vital causes.
