A proposito di MiddleCPiano
Hi, I'm MiddleCPiano, and I'm learning piano too. 🎹
For me, sheet music was the hardest part. It was slow to read, easy to lose my place in, and honestly a bit boring, so practising felt like homework instead of music. I wanted to just see where my hands should go and play.
So I started making the videos I wish I'd had. In every Middle C Piano tutorial, two virtual hands play the song on a labelled keyboard, so you can see exactly which finger goes on which key. Falling notes show the letter and finger number, and every song gets a simpler arrangement made for beginners, split into short pages you can learn one at a time. Simple sheet music with a letter under every note comes along too, so reading gets easier bit by bit without standing in your way.
I make each tutorial to learn the song myself, and I share it so you can learn it with me. We're on the same path, just a few steps apart.
Every video takes many hours: simplifying the song so it's easy to play but still sounds right, working out fingering that feels natural for new hands, and checking the hands and notes frame by frame. Your coffee gives me that time. It means more songs, more often, and it keeps every tutorial free on YouTube for anyone who wants to play.
Tell me which song you'd like us to learn next. I read every message, and your requests shape what I make. And when you play your first song all the way through, tell me that too. I'll be cheering, because I know exactly how that feels.
Thanks for learning with me. Let's play together!
