While Honda won't be continuing in Formula 1 from the end of 2021, their technology will. They've agreed a deal with Red Bull to sell their intellectual property and technology, with Red Bull making the most of an upcoming engine development freeze.
Essentially, Red Bull will run Honda engines while maintaining the manufacturing of the power units themselves and badged as Red Bulls.
