Hi, I’m Michelle!

Welcome to my little corner of the coffeehouse! I’m the creator of Michelle’s Mexican Mocha Café™, where my love of rich chocolate, wonderful coffee, home baking, and a little kitchen creativity all come together.

I created Michelle’s Mexican Mocha Mix and love finding new ways to turn it into cozy coffeehouse drinks, cookies, muffins, desserts, and other treats. I also create cookbooks, recipes, and the occasional adventure featuring Axol, my cheerful pink axolotl, and Mocha, his mischievous chocolate tabby friend.

For me, this is about more than coffee and chocolate. It’s about those little moments that make a day feel special—a warm mug in your hands, something delicious coming out of the oven, sharing a recipe with someone you love, or simply slowing down long enough to enjoy the moment.
