Über Michelle Poverman
Hey there! I'm Michelle Poverman, a recovering people pleaser and former anxiety driven empath turned grounded psychotherapist and intuitive coach. I have been helping people for almost 20 years manage their limiting beliefs and anxiety- to learn how to live out of their heads and into their hearts.
The purpose of this podcast is to give you a place to learn more about yourself and give you actionable strategies to start moving those roadblocks that are currently keeping you from growing and expanding into your next level!
I am also a mom + wife + tea lover! So in all honesty I had to give up coffee as it didn't love me as much as I loved it. Sigh.
But if you are loving the show + would like to buy me a cup 'o tea to fuel my next episode (for real), I'll jump over to my favorite tea shop and load up! I may be a little obsessed!
