My name is Michele Davis and I am a Business Coach and Strategist and host of Da Boss Experience. My mission is to help 1,000 people leave a job they hate to transform their knowledge and expertise into a profitable, scalable business they love.  My specialty is helping people learn how to leverage skills and expertise they already have to start a business.

Creating programs and services that help people achieve a transformation is my specialty. Prior to launching a coaching and consulting business, I spent 16-years creating nonprofit programs while working 9-to-5. The programs I developed (from idea to operation) ranged from specialized services helping hundreds of clients at once to smaller therapeutic programs that supported people through group and individual coaching.

Regardless of the type of program I developed, all of these programs had one thing in common...people achieved a result by solving a BIG problem or experiencing a major transformation. In other words, my clients went from a place they did not want to be in (emotionally, mentally, or physically) to get a resolution that changed their life. So my ability to help my clients create transformation coaching programs comes from experience, not newly found coaching talents. I've spent over a decade creating, developing, and managing programs designed to solve difficult problems and create huge transformations for my clients. These are exactly the type of programs your clients want to pay thousands to enroll in, you just have to create the version that reflects your skills and expertise.
