About Michal Šára
I am an expert in robotics, automation, processes and programming. I have a deep knowledge not only of systems and programming, but also of project management, which I have gained during my career leading various projects and teams with a focus on innovation and efficiency. As a former director, I have experience leading diverse teams and managing complex processes, developing strategies and financial plans. I am currently freelancing and offer my services in the areas of management, business and project management. I also like to get back into programming - both industrial such as robotics and PLCs, as well as traditional programming for various platforms.
