Conversations I'd Love to Have Part I

How are you using emerging tech tools to create more compassion for yourself?

30 Day Journey to Sovereignty

Here is a Slide deck that created using ChatGPT and GAMMA. I wrote this from personal experience of needing to reclaim my time, humanity, and sovereignty. This was completely made possible because of the emerging technology tools I used and the inquiries I made. What does sovereignty look like when you're working within bureaucratic systems and structures.

My thought was to create a 30 Day process that provides space to be with what's causing blocks, become familiar with new tools, and use those tools to make your life easier. I would love to make space for creative leaders to experience transformation on their own terms. It is critical to survival and the ability to sustain yourself.

Below are slides within the presentation.

Take on your life. Move from Survival to Sanctuary to Strategy to Sovereignty. If this seems like a conversation you'd like to have too, please click the heart. Also if you'd like to see the complete slide deck, please note in the comments.

How I used my natural way of being WITH emerging tech tools:

My Human Stack

I normally go for a walk to process every morning before I begin the day. Once I'm ready to start the day, I take notes based on my downloads from my walk. My notes for this conversation centered around: How do I slow down and make transformation possible for those carrying the heavy mental loads of 'the work'?

  • Pen

  • Golden Gate Park walk

My Tech Stack

While on my walk I listen to a selected video on YouTube OR I process an idea using ChatGPT or Claude. For this deck, I used ChatGPT.
