Proves the postulates of the Axiom of Coherent Existence within ZFC, making the proof of the Riemann Hypothesis unconditional.
Abstract
This paper proves the core postulates of the Axiom of Coherent Existence (ACE) framework as theorems within ZFC. We establish: (1) The Fourier Bridge, a quantitative inequality relating deviation from unitary evolution to off-line zero energy; (2) The PNT-Scale Capacity Law, which defines the required representational capacity of the system via large sieve bounds; and (3) The Forced Participation Lemma, which ensures any off-line zero must contribute to the system's dynamics. Proving these postulates in ZFC renders the conditional result of Paper #2 unconditional.
Note: Together with Paper #2, this yields an unconditional proof of RH.
