For far to long an ugly truth has been hidden from society.The truth that Domestic Violence isn't a gender issue it's human one. The truth that men and women suffer at the hands of their abusers at virtually equal rates.

The truth that male victims for over 50 years now, have been ignored, their trauma and suffering denied.These men have been mocked, ridiculed and told that they were the perpetrator not the victim and that the should acknowledge that.

All of which has been used to justify support and services to help these men and their children to escape their abuse and get the assistance they so desperately need.

In this book I bring to light the issue and talk about it in a frank manner. I have the discussion that all of society needs to have which is why are we denying the existence of male victims and why are we actively refusing to assist them.
