About Melfin Pereira
Filmmaker by degree, director by craft
Hi, I’m Melfin. I have a degree in film, and I’m chasing my dream of directing as a brown woman in an industry that isn’t always easy.
I make professional short films when I can, but in the meantime, I practise my craft every week — experimenting with storytelling, filmmaking techniques, and short film projects to improve my skills.
By buying me a coffee, you’re helping me write scripts, develop ideas, and keep practising so I can make films you’ll enjoy. Every contribution fuels my creativity and keeps the camera rolling.
No pressure at all — just thank you for supporting my journey. Your support means I can keep learning, experimenting, and sharing stories with you.
Love,
Melfin
