"Media Birlii - Uniunia Media" is a non-governmental organization that promotes quality journalism based on Gagauz identity to build a democratic society.

We are currently working on creating a web series about the 1946-1947 famine in Gagauzia.

The series will be based on the memories of eyewitnesses who will talk about their personal experiences and trials that they or their ancestors had to endure during those tragic events.

The purpose of this series is to preserve the memory of the tragedy of the Holodomor, which was one of the most terrible pages in the history of Gagauzia.
