I’m writing on behalf of our team to thank you for using our platform. We hope it proves to be a beneficial tool in your exam preparation. Please share the site with friends and colleagues if you believe they would find it of benefit too. Bookmark it for regular practice.
Remember you just need a phone or tab to use it. So you can use it while travelling and in the wards and even while having your lunch - you can make use of every minute for exam practice and learning! And all this for free, for now...
We have over five thousand questions so far in our bank and we are in the process of adding at least three thousand more. We also need to add the questions done in the most immediate and recent examinations. We plan to continue updating the bank with new questions as the years go by!
We are also in the process of providing explanations to the answers. A lot more work is in the pipeline – some questions need proof reading and correction for spelling and grammar – as they’ve been mostly derived from students' recall of past questions. We also need answering for the rest of the three thousand odd questions from the common mcq exams (dating from early 2000s) and ERPM exams (including ERPM style revision questions).
For these purposes we intend to get post graduate trainees in the respective fields to answer and explain the questions. However right now we find it unfeasible. Our focus right now is to develop the website and to improve it with features and also to introduce an android and IOS app. It might not be possible to keep it free for all forever - due to the high cost of maintaining, improving and perfecting https://mcqmed.lk/ as a powerful tool for exam preparation.
So we would be grateful if you could show us some support by donating to the progress of the website here, by giving us coffee :). It would be well appreciated and go a long way in getting things done quickly. We will expand this facility to the other bar exams as well (basic sciences and third MBBS exams covering more subjects like community medicine, forensic, pathology, pharmacology, anatomy, physiology, Biochemistry).

Every past paper question categorised into topics so that you can test yourself after covering the topic. All this without the weight of tons of past paper books. Why waste so much paper and so much time hunting questions and answers. We can make use of the technology we have at hand. And we should. I'm sure you can see like we do the immense potential of such a platform even at the beginning stages.
