I've been in your boots.
I lost a business because I didn't have the right processes in place. I went through a divorce. I'm raising four kids in a blended family. Life is wonderful — but it's hard sometimes.
Finding Christ didn't take away my problems. It gave me the peace to work through them and the confidence to keep going, knowing He has my back.
Now it's my turn to help.
Whether you're a project engineer walking onto your first jobsite or a project executive trying to get better visibility into the safety, operational, financial, quality, and reputational risks on your projects — I've been there.
I help specialty contractors use tools like Procore to get a handle on their budgets, see where things are getting held up, remove the roadblocks keeping their crews from having a productive day, and get their people home to their families earlier.
You're the hero of this story. I'm just here to hand you the playbook.
