I'm Matt, and if you've landed on this page, you probably have a good idea of who I am already. If I'm a total stranger to you, just know that I'm a guy who is trying to help people understand the basics of nutrition and make sense of what "healthy living" means in a fun way.

I created this page as a place to connect with you guys on a more personal level. I love social media, but I'm at the mercy of algorithms outside of my control, so there are many times when people simply do not see my content. But here, you'll see exactly what you want to!
