Buy Bulleid 4DD Group a DOUBLE DECKER

This has been set up to help raise much needed funds for the continued preservation of the Bulleid 4DD Motor Coaches S13003 & S13004 from the 4002 set. The Bulleid 4DD was built in 1949 and survived until 1971, it was only an experimental concept that lasted 22 years!! Both motor coaches are in need of heavy restoration and this will have to be done in part by a Contractor. Money raised will go to help preserve the coaches from anymore deterioration while the group applies for Charity Status and funding. We are currently giving the NIRT DD a makeover ready for tarping, for the coming winter months. If you could spare a £1 or £2 this would buy a set of paint brushes, help with buying paint, help with the cost of storage, the list is endless. Any donations are welcome, not just money, do you have any spare time, spare tools, a petrol compressor, anything that will help us to cut the costs and be able to forward the project.
