Hi, I'm a process improvement nerd, equal parts logic and imagination. I specialize in making systems smarter and more human. For the past 14+ years, I've worked in state government doing my part to make work suck a little less through process improvement, project management, change management, and strategic planning. (Pro tip: people are part of the process, and apparently their feelings matter.)
Before that, I served in the Army for four years. I've earned a BA in Psychology from CWU and an MBA from WGU. In the future, I'd love to attend UND's Communication Ph.D. program if/when I can afford it.
I currently hold PMP, PMI-ACP and LSSBB certifications.
I run on coffee and questionable decisions about how much is too much. I live in Washington with my awesome wife and daughter. While I don't take myself too seriously, I do take helping others seriously. One of the best ways to master a topic is to teach and share it. If anything I've shared helped you out, consider buying me a cup but maybe make it decaf.
