Hey there, I just started a page to see what happens. I work somewhere between content strategy and support-centric content, mostly working on Help Centers and support team processes. I largely work with small- and mid-sized companies in times of growth; they're not quite ready for a full time content strategist, but they've recognized they need someone. Sometimes that someone is me!
