UNFUNK YOUR SOUL® Podcast is for midlife women ready to reclaim their joy and live life unapologetically. Through soulful conversations and honest storytelling, we dive into women’s wellbeing, radical self-love, intuitive healing and the art of slowing down. This is a space to reconnect with your body, honour your intuition and remember who you are.
GROWING WITH GRACE is a soulful reflection; as my clarity and compassion grows with self enquiry I’m able to challenge my thoughts and unpick the narratives that have kept me safe but stuck for years. Here I share insights from my journey. Unapologetically
