I'm a fractional product manager and an AI coding builder.
• As a fractional PM I work with founders, scaleups and enterprises who need senior product depth without adding a full-time hire. Beyond discovery, roadmap and priorities, a lot of the value is in the team itself: giving developers structure and a process that holds, helping the people on the team grow into real product owners, and bringing AI coding into the way they work every day.
• As a builder, I ship real products with AI-assisted development. The clearest example is Staff Manager, an internal platform I built to manage over 500 community collaborators, compensation and reimbursement flows, document signing, access control, courses and content. I owned both the product and the build.
• I also build automation. I work mainly with n8n, whose community I'm part of, designing AI-driven flows with RAG that turn manual, repetitive work into processes that run on their own.
Alongside client work I maintain Tierward, an open-source scaffold I created to help product managers and developers adopt AI-assisted coding incrementally, tier by tier, with governance and guardrails built in.
