About Marcio Campassi
Hi! I’m the writer behind The Boss Level, a newsletter where I explore leadership, game design, and creative growth through the lens of gaming and pop culture.
What drives me is the belief that games can teach us more about failure, decision-making, teamwork, and how we grow as people. I publish deep dives, postmortems, and personal essays that aim to be as insightful as they are fun to read.
If you’ve enjoyed my work or learned something new, consider buying me a coffee. It helps me keep writing, stay independent, and invest more time into creating thoughtful, high-quality content. Every contribution makes a real difference and brings me one step closer to turning this passion into a sustainable creative career.
