Hi, thank you for popping over, my name is Mandy I am 52 years old and live off grid in central portugal with my animals.  I am completely solo here working the land and building a comfy cosy home, and growing my own food.  I plan to be a self sufficient as I possibly can, and to live in harmony with nature away from society as much as possible. I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2022, and recently in January this year (2023) I was diagnosed with Autism, which coupled with CPTSD means I have a lot to cope with! My farm and my animals are my healing.  This is why I work my farm alone also, I cannot have people here unless I know them well.  This is a long process but I am finally beginning to see the future goals being achieved slowly but surely one by one the to do list gets done!
