A proposito di Viki Stanley-Hutchison
I'm passionate about empowering women to embark on their health and fitness journey with confidence and self-love. Through my free, beginner-beginner level, mini workouts on TikTok, as well as comprehensive courses, I aim to support women in achieving a balanced approach to wellness that nurtures their mind, body, and soul.
With over two decades of experience as a dancer and choreographer, I've personally struggled with disordered eating and body image issues. However, after overcoming a career-ending back injury and subsequent health challenges, including autoimmune issues and severe depression, I pursued certifications in integrative nutrition, personal training, and yoga in the hope of helping other women heal and thrive.
My vision is for a world where women of all shapes, sizes, ages, and ethnicities feel energized, healthy, and strong, living lives that truly reflect their passions. I believe that every woman deserves to feel confident and beautiful, and I'm dedicated to creating a supportive community that fosters this empowerment.
With love,
Mama V (a.k.a. Viki)
