There are times in life when opposition just won’t quit. They back off for a moment, then circle back. They release you in one season, only to pursue you in the next. It’s exhausting until you realize: their pursuit has crossed a line.
That line is sovereignty.
Ramses thought Israel would always be his. Even after agreeing to release them, his pride and arrogance drove him to pursue what no longer belonged to him. But the Red Sea was not Israel’s trap. It was Pharaoh’s.
Sometimes in life, we are positioned at the “Red Sea” parked, still, vulnerable to the natural eye. Yet it’s not because we’re weak. It’s because God is setting the stage. The enemy’s overreach becomes their downfall.
The truth is: the Red Sea isn’t your battlefield, it’s your witness zone. You’re not called to fight in that space, you’re called to cross with ease. What pursued you without permission will drown without defense.
So if you find yourself at a Red Sea moment, don’t panic. Don’t strive. Don’t fear. Watch. Witness. Walk forward.
Because what feels like delay is often the setup for divine finalization. And when the waters close, you’ll discover this truth:
